                Loan Liaison frequently. Loan Liaison is a lender directory for most any loan purpose, property
                & loan type. Our lender agent platform is the most comprehensive lender search tool in the
                lensing market. It is our objective to assist you find the right lender for your purpose. We are not
                a lender.

                Member reports provide lenders list based on the borrowers market area query. The list gives the
                date the lender joined, lenders company name, the lenders name, the number of loans the lender
                has made & the gross dollar amount the lender has loaned within the past 12, the interest rate
                range of the previous loans, the loan & propety types and the current interst rate the lender
                request. We provide the lenders reported number of loans & the gross dollar amount of those
                loans so that the most active lender(s) can be ranked. This ranking data is not necessarily the
                lenders only activity, but it is all loans closed by Loan Liaison members. Although a lender may
                be extremely active in any particular market, we can not guarantee that the lender will loan to
                you. Your loan is primarily based on the merits of your project & your credibility as a borrower.
                We also list the loans with the loan types for the rare occasions that a lender may provide loans
                for both hard money & private lender loans. Based on your loan search criteria you then submit
                your short form loan application to the lender(s) you have chosen.

                Membership to Loan Liaison includes access to our video library. The videos provide interviews
                with various loan specialist & lending market professionals. The intent of these videos is to assist
                all borrowers understanding lending industry expectations & loan application tips. The lending
                profession is a very broad market, and we can not guarantee that our video library has any
                specific loan success secrets or that there is a way to guarantee obtaining a loan. The video’s do
                present common questions & answers for most type of loans and various property types.

                We are available to discuss our lender list & details of the query criteria. We are not lenders, and
                any specific loan questions are best answered by a lender. We anticipate that our video library &
                the FAQ’s will be sufficient for most questions. We do provide your loan’s short form application
                to be presented to the lender. We also provide a loan credibility kit that we highly recommend is
                to be completed & presented to the lender upon receipt of the loan request application. The
                credibility kit is yours to keep, and we do provide a file for your account to store such. Your
                membership file can also be loaded with any other documents you believe that may be essential
                to present to the lender. Again, neither our loan application, credibility kit or any other documents
                that are provided guarantee that the loan will be processed by the lender. The documentation is
                your opportunity to “prove-up” the merits of your loan request. Submission of the credibility kit
                & any additional documentation is the responsibility of the borrower

                We do provide the lender the short form application, and this is bare minium the lender has to
                base a lending decision. Also included in your membership are phone scripts to be referenced as
                a general guide for discussion and explanations to the lenders of the details & merits of your loan
